When Wire Sawing Is the Only Right Answer

Massive foundations, thick structural sections, awkward access — diamond wire goes where blades cannot.

01A blade with no depth limit

A wire saw is a diamond-beaded cable looped around the structure and driven by a pulley system. Because the "blade" is a flexible wire of any length, there is effectively no maximum cutting depth — wire sawing handles concrete sections far thicker than any circular saw.

02Typical wire sawing jobs

Large foundation removal, thick structural walls, bridge and infrastructure elements, mass concrete, and cuts where vibration must be minimized. It is also the solution for difficult-access cuts where a track saw cannot be mounted.

03Why it needs specialists

Wire sawing requires careful rigging, water management and an understanding of how the freed section will behave when the cut completes. Done properly, it removes tonnes of concrete with surgical control — one of the most impressive methods in the trade.
